A roller coaster is to be built by Dutch supplier Vekoma for the Tayto Park, in Meath, Ireland.

The theme park and zoo offers 100 attractions for visitors and will now be enhanced by a €15.5m coaster 31m high and 748m long. It will be a suspended thrill coaster and the installation will be supplemented with a 238m family boomerang ride.

The park had struggled for over two years to gain planning permission for the new coaster as the local authority was concerned about noise, reports RTE News.
