Coin-op amusements news | SnowMagic attractions developer marks 20 years

Celebrating its 20th year in business this year is SnowMagic, the snow-maker attraction company.

The US-based company creates real snow experiences, including snow tubing, snow play and venue enhancement in any climate and location.

The company has created attractions using real snow in Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia and South Africa, as well as a string of attractions and venues across the US.

Indoor venues is a particular success for the company and its Wintertainment brand. Its first indoor park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, created 20 years ago, is still operating profitably while its latest installation, in Durban, South Africa, has exceeded expectations from its opening.

Every installation is built to order.

“Each client has their own special opportunities and goals,” said founder Albert Bronander, the company president. “We make sure that they understand the steps they will need to take in the planning construction, marketing and daily operations to have a successful snow venue.”
