Skegness Pier announces new Clip n’ Climb attraction

Skegness Pier has announced a new indoor climbing experience as part of its upgraded entertainment offer, with the new venture opening to the public on 17 May.
Clip n’ Climb is the second of the pier’s three new attractions set to open for the summer season, and dares customers to face 14 climbing walls of varying heights.
“We are so excited to bring this new attraction to our beloved Skegness Pier,” said Mellors Group head of marketing Paige Harris. “We cannot wait to see children of all ages and adults enjoying themselves at Clip ‘n Climb.”
“There truly is nothing like this in the Skegness area so we’re thrilled to announce the arrival of the centre to the Pier and invite our visitors to make totally unique memories.”
Clip n’ Climb customers will be clipped into harnesses and let loose on structures such as the Stairway to Heaven and Face to Face, overseen by qualified staff adhering to Covid safety regulations.
The attraction joins the recently-announced Playa at the Pier pool-bar experience as part of the Mellors Group’s revamp of the pier in preparation for the delayed 2021 season.
